The Role As a Mechanical Supervisor or Superintendent, you’ll lead shutdown and maintenance activities to ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. You’ll supervise mechanical inspections and repairs, manage daily planning and work packs, and drive a strong safety culture. This role also focuses on mentoring teams, building stakeholder relationships, and maintaining high performance across diverse scopes.
